Returns & Exchanges
At Outhouse Jewellery, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the security tag and invoice.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange, or contact our concierge team via email.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; our quality assurance team will then inspect the piece to ensure it meets our resale standards.
Processing
After a successful inspection, we will process your exchange for a different size/design or issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
Final Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once the new item has been dispatched or your store credit has been successfully credited to your account.
